No, we offer free shipping to all of Mexico with Estafeta, DHL, and Redpack. Additionally, you can track your order in real time. If you need to make a return, you have 30 days to easily manage it. Thousands of customers already trust us.

What if the size doesn't fit me?

You can request a size exchange within 30 days, even for clearance items. Although we are clearing out stock, we maintain agreements with the factory to manage exchanges and send you the correct size without complications. Therefore, these garments will only be remanufactured for customers who have purchased with the return guarantee.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a better fit.

Where is the physical store?

We previously had a physical store in Guadalajara, but it is currently closed. We are relocating operations to Mexico City, and therefore, we are liquidating the remaining stock from the Guadalajara store. We will soon reopen in Mexico City with a new collection.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using your 4-digit order number from the "Track Order" option in the website menu, along with your email or phone.
